Easypoint9ja is a secure and user-friendly online payment platform that enables you to conveniently pay bills and transactions with confidence. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Easypoint9ja. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including any additional terms and conditions applicable to specific features or services provided by Easypoint9ja. Your Account

Payments

Easypoint9ja enables you to make payments for a variety of bills and services provided by third-party vendors. By using the Easypoint9ja platform to process payments, you agree to comply with both these Terms of Service and the applicable terms and conditions set forth by the respective third-party providers. When initiating a payment through Easypoint9ja, you authorize us to debit your account for the payment amount, including any applicable fees. It is your responsibility to ensure that your account holds sufficient funds to complete the transaction.


Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Easypoint9ja service for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including, but not limited to, activities involving fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing. Additionally, you agree not to use the platform to harass, defame, threaten, or otherwise harm any individual or entity. You are prohibited from uploading, posting, or transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.


Termination

Easypoint9ja reserves the right to freeze, restrict, or terminate your account or access to the service at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting Easypoint9ja’s customer support team.


Intellectual Property

The Easypoint9ja service, along with all content and materials made available through it—including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software—is the property of Easypoint9ja or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of these materials without the prior written consent of Easypoint9ja.


Security And Unauthorized Use

You are responsible for all transactions conducted using your computer (personal or otherwise), mobile phone, tablet, or any other electronic device (“Device”), as well as your payment card or account. It is your obligation to ensure the security and confidentiality of these devices and payment methods at all times.


All PINs and passwords must be kept confidential. You are fully liable for all activities conducted using your username, associated password, or Device. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of all account information and to prevent unauthorized access or use of your Device.


In the event your Device is lost or stolen, or if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, you must promptly notify your bank to restrict any further transactions and protect your funds.


You are responsible for maintaining the security of any application or device you use to access the Easypoint9ja service.


Pending or Failed Transactions, Reversal And Refunds

In the event of a pending or failed transaction—where you have been debited but the value was not received—please send the following details to support@easypoint9ja.com for prompt resolution: your mobile number, transaction amount, transaction date, transaction type, and any additional information we may request to assist in resolving your complaint. We will make every reasonable effort to coordinate with the relevant financial institution, telecommunication provider, and/or merchant to address and resolve your issue.


Refunds are issued for transactions where payment has been received but the service or value could not be successfully delivered. If we are unable to fulfill the intended service within 72 hours, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method used.


Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Easypoint9ja be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Easypoint9ja service, even if Easypoint9ja has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


Whole Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Easypoint9ja Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Easypoint9ja regarding your use of our app or website and supersede all prior agreements or understandings related to your use of our services.


Updates to Terms and Conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. It is your responsibility to review them periodically. Any changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms on this page.
